Having spent a number of years of life through the lens of Buddhism and Mindfulness, although I do not profess to be any kind of an expert, I use these skills and techniques in my work with clients and alongside you.
What orientates me is an interest in the stories we tell about ourselves and how this constructed sense of self can become a prison. We are not the stories we tell, nor what we hear of ourselves. Finding alternative stories alongside clients and families can be extremely powerful.
I live in central Bristol with my partner Ali and our Cocker Spaniel, Ronnie. I enjoy restoring vintage motorcycles , and can be either found with friends riding motorcycles, or covered in grease and oil whilst carrying out tasks of never ending maintenance!
When not working on motorbikes, I enjoy the coast, nature, walking and I am an avid bird watcher.
I use mindfulness, yoga, and exercise to manage my own wellbeing.
